Hello dear producers.
The second "European" edition of the international professional course for Olive Oil Sommelier organized by Olive Oil Times Education Lab and the International Culinary Center will start in January 2020.
Attendance of this course that to be held in January (20-24) in the Bloomsbury district in London's West End is reserved for olive oil producers, importers and distributors, retailers, chefs & restaurateurs and foodservice professionals and journalists (to date, only 5 places are available).
To realize the tasting sessions, I have already started the selection of the best extra virgin olive oils around the north hemisphere which, as we know, was very generous in some countries.
Seeing that I haven't yet collected all the samples necessary for the "testing sessions", and given that in the 5 days of the course I will present more than 40 EVOO for tasting, I ask all of you for help to receive your best monovarietal EVOOs that I will use during the classes.

I will communicate the missing monovarietals, the quantities requested (advance saying that only 2 bottles of 500 ml will be needed) and the methods and times for sending the samples.
