L'Italia, oltre ad esportare olio extravergine di oliva negli Stati Uniti, da tempo ha avviato una nuova modalità di "esportazione", quella del sapere e della conoscenza. Ed è appunto inquadrabile in questa attività formativa, che l'ONAOO - storica firma italiana della formazione in elaiotecnica e analisi sensoriale dell'olio - riserva a 60 appassionati statunitensi un corso intensivo sull'assaggio dell'olio da olive.
