Manifestazione di interesse per le aziende olearie Italiane, Spagnole, Portoghesi e Greche.

Carissimi amici,

il 4 febbraio prossimo prenderà il via, a New York, l’attesissimo corso – su tre livelli – per Olive Oil Sommelier (info: https://www.oliveoilschool.org).
L’Olive Oil Program ICC Sommelier Certification, organizzato dalla rivista Olive Oil Times, attraverso il suo Education Lab ed in collaborazione con l’International Culinary Center, prevede nel corso dei 7 giorni di programma una copiosissima serie di assaggi di eccellenze olearie internazionali.
In considerazione che solamente nelle lezioni da me dirette si assaggeranno circa 45/50 differenti extravergine, si fa richiesta alle aziende di ITALIA, SPAGNA, PORTOGALLO e GRECIA di campioni di EVOO da utilizzare a New York nel corso della nuova edizione del “Certification Course for Olive Oil Sommeliers”.
Quanti interessati a partecipare con i loro extravergine possono contattarmi qui sul blog, per e-mail (aglauro@tiscali.it) o per telefono (fornirò il numero in privato).
Si ricorda alle aziende interessate a far partecipare i propri extravergine a queste lezioni che occorre manifestare CON IMMEDIATEZZA la propria disponibilità ad inviare i campioni (2 o 3 bottiglie da 500 ml), in quanto questi dovranno arrivare presso la mia abitazione entro e non oltre il 20 Gennaio 2017, data nella quale i campioni saranno spediti negli Stati Uniti per raggiungere la sede del corso (http://www.internationalculinarycenter.com/)

Next February 4th will starts in New York, the highly anticipated course - on three levels - for Olive Oil Sommelier (info: https://www.oliveoilschool.org).
The Olive Oil Sommelier Certification Program ICC, organized by the magazine Olive Oil Times, through its Education Lab and in collaboration with the International Culinary Center, expected during the 7-day program a copious series of tastings of international EVOO excellence.
Considering that only in my lessons we will taste 45/50 different extra virgin, I request to the companies from ITALY, SPAIN, PORTUGAL and GREECE to send EVOO samples to be used in New York during the new edition of the "Certification Course for Olive Oil sommeliers ".
Those interested in participating with their extra virgin can contact me here on Blog, by e-mail (aglauro@tiscali.it) or by phone (I will provide the number in private).
It reminds to the companies interested to offer their own extra virgin for these lessons that one must express WITH IMMEDIACY its willingness to send samples (2 or 3 500-ml bottles), as these will have to arrive at my cellar no later than the January 20, 2017, date in which the samples will be shipped to the US to reach the venue of the course (http://www.internationalculinarycenter.com/)
